Employee Onboarding Guide

Welcome to the team! We’re excited to have you join us. Please follow these steps carefully to complete your onboarding process.

Step 1: Submit Personal Information

Step 2: Provide Required Documents

Please bring original documents to your in-person onboarding session. Do not text or email personal IDs or SSNs.

  • Social Security Card

  • State ID card (or U.S. Passport)

  • Form I-9: Complete and sign Section 1 in person with your original SSN card and ID.

Step 3: Complete Mandatory Certifications

Step 4: ADP Setup

Once you’ve submitted the above documents, you will receive a link from ADP to complete:

  • Federal and state employment forms

  • Payroll and HR setup

  • Employee handbook acknowledgment

Step 5: Technology Setup and Communication

After completing ADP, request links to set up your accounts:

  • TOAST: For clocking in/out

  • Sling: For schedules, team communication, and daily updates

Ensure both accounts are fully functional before your first shift. Keep notifications ON—important messages and schedule changes are shared via Sling daily.

Step 6: Uniform Guidelines

We maintain a simple, timeless, and professional uniform. Consistency is important—uniforms must always be clean, neat, and stain-free.

  • Front of House:

    • Terratorry T-shirt (provided)

    • Apron (provided)

    • Dark blue jeans (no rips, holes, shredding, beading, or flashy designs)

    • Black non-slip shoes

  • Back of House:

    • Terratorry T-shirt (provided)

    • Apron (Daily provided)

    • Black pants

    • Black non-slip shoes

    • Terratorry Hat (provided)

  • Grooming:

    • Long hair must always be tied back.

    • Moderate, natural makeup is acceptable.

    • Overall style should reflect our farm-to-table vibe. Simple, neat, respectful.
